Refund and Returns Policy

3. Return Process

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us for assistance.
